Pastor Mark is originally from Russell Springs, Kentucky, and began in ministry in 1996 as Pastor of Pastoral Care at Hillvue. In 2002, he assumed the role of Associate Pastor, and in 2005, assumed the role of Executive Pastor.

Mark received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Speech Pathology from Western Kentucky University. Mark received a Master of Arts in Christian Studies from Campbellsville University and is an adjunct professor at Campbellsville University. As of March, 2007, Mark has completed a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership at George Fox University.

His vocational experience includes working for Tommy Hilfiger USA, Inc. in retail sales, purchasing, coordination, and education of mercantile stores in Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Alabama, and Ohio. He has also taught in the public school system for 10 years.

His areas of responsibility include daily operations and the leadership team. Mark and his wife Tina enjoy home improvement, reading, writing, and cardio training, and reside with their dogs Lillie, Tillie, and Maggie.
