The
Encountering Jesus Weekends
at Hillvue are what we refer to as “stay
at home” retreats. They offer you all
the benefits of getting away but with
all the comforts of home.
You will be
here at the church for all the sessions
on Friday night and then return home to
sleep in your own bed. In the morning,
you will return to the church for the
day’s sessions and conclude your weekend
with a closing time of celebration and
communion in the afternoon.
What You Need To Know:
When?
The next upcoming Encountering Jesus weekend is March 7-8. We generally begin with a light dinner on Friday night at 6:15 and we conclude the evening around 9:30. On Saturday morning at 8:30, we begin with breakfast and conclude the weekend by around 4:30.
Cost?
$25.00 and this includes meals, childcare with meals, learning materials and a t-shirt.
Who?
The weekend is for adults of any age. We need to know if you are coming so please sign up in the atrium or by calling Pastor Scott at the church office, 842-0012, ext 106.
Childcare?
Yes. We will need to know the age and gender of your child(ren) so that we can best serve your childcare needs.
